Formfatale

Vibeke Sørensen and Karin Blach Nielsen have joined forces in “formfatale” – a workshop companionship in which the ceramic material and ceramic traditions are being shaped and crafted into familiar shapes and sizes yet full of surprises.



 

Modern design

At formfatale opposites are at play, styles are mixed and diverging forms of expressions are united under one logo. They seek solutions that unite ceramic traditions and graphic expressions – solutions that embrace today’s trends.

At formfatale clay never goes out of style. There will always be room for a new ceramic “gadget” – a piece of ceramic you simply must own.
 

Fabula

Earlier Vibeke Sørensen and Karin Blach Nielsen were known for their cooperation Trine Krull and Helene Stockmarr Gerdof under the name of Fabula. The production and sales of Fabula products are being handled by formfatale.

Vibeke Sørensen and Karin Blach Nielsen are both educated at Designskolen Kolding 1998.  Vibeke Sørensen was in 1996-97 at Gerriet Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam. Futhermore Karin Blach Nielsen is educated at Royal Collage of Art, London, 1998-00.
