Jette Arendal Winther’s collection consists of cups, saucers, pitchers, bowls and plates. Jette uses transferable images and hand painted patterns. No two products are alike. Everything is unique, but should not be treated as such. Use it, don’t just put it on the shelf.



 

Her style

It’s great fun to explore Jette Arendal Winher’s products. They are both playful and humorous yet also serious. One minute her work is perfectly romantic cups full of lifelike roses. The next you discover an image of the virgin Mary or perhaps a World War II aeroplane on one of her plates.

Jette Arendal Winther works with great detail and precision. She is often inspired by Christian icons, Oriental patterns and so forth. And she likes to give her products a final stroke of the brush. “You want to se that it’s handmade”, she always says.

Exclusivity

Jette Arendal Winther sells a lot of her products in London, and so they are quite hard to come by in Denmark. We encourage you to have a little patience when ordering, and in return you will get unique works of art directly from her seaside workshop in Hundested.

Jette Arendal Winther originally graduated from Kunstakademiet (the Schools of Visual Arts) in Copenhagen.
